- Clients must provide clear instructions and upload high-quality images whenever possible.
- Delivery times may vary depending on project complexity and workload.
- WonderRetouch reserves the right to refuse projects that contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
3. Revisions
- Reasonable revisions are included to ensure client satisfaction.
- Additional major revisions or changes after project completion may require extra charges.
4. Payments
- Payments must be completed before final high-resolution files are delivered unless otherwise agreed.
- We may use third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal for secure transactions.
5. Free Trial
- New clients may request one free trial image.
- Only one image per client/business is accepted for free trial purposes.
- WonderRetouch reserves the right to reject free trial requests without explanation.
6. Copyright and Usage
- Clients retain ownership of the original uploaded images.
- By uploading images, clients confirm they have the legal rights to use and edit those images.
- WonderRetouch may display edited images in portfolios or promotional materials unless the client specifically requests confidentiality.
7. Confidentiality
We respect client privacy and do not share private project files with third parties except when required to complete the service or comply with legal obligations.
8. Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once work has started.
- If there is a genuine issue with the delivered work, we will make reasonable efforts to correct it.
9. Limitation of Liability
WonderRetouch is not responsible for:
- Loss of business or profits
- Delayed deliveries caused by technical issues
- Client errors in uploaded files or instructions
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
