What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Apple Pay, PayPal, and bank transfers.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept all major formats including RAW, TIFF, PSD, JPEG, and PNG. For the best results, we recommend sending RAW or high-resolution TIFF files. We’ll deliver in your preferred format.

How long does retouching take?

Our average turnaround is 12 hours for standard projects. Rush delivery (under 4 hours) is available for an additional fee. Large volume projects are quoted individually based on complexity and image count.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes! We offer significant discounts for bulk orders. Projects with 50+ images receive tiered pricing, and we offer custom packages for ongoing partnerships. Contact us with your volume for a tailored quote.

Can I get a free sample before committing?

Absolutely. Every new project inquiry includes a complimentary sample retouching so you can see our quality firsthand before committing to a full order. Just send us 1-2 images with your inquiry.

How do you handle confidentiality?

We take client privacy seriously. All files are handled through secure encrypted transfers, and we’re happy to sign NDAs for any project. Images are permanently deleted from our servers after delivery.
